At Finley, we believe that having professional goals and documenting them is key for your developmental success and for the success of the entire company. That is why an Employee Evaluation info center was created in Atlas.

You and your supervisor have access to your evaluation record.  You simply log into Atlas, select your employee record in the Employee Evaluation info center and enter your goals.  An example is below.

Setting goals with your supervisor will help you to develop and improve yourself, stay on track and pave a path in which you can see your priorities and direct your focus on what is important.
