New Wi-Fi 6 Chipsets Expected to Have Strong Demand
Suppliers will ship more than 1 billion Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) chipsets by 2022, according to a new report from ABI research. The 1 billion plateau means fast growth for the chipsets, with the first deployments not expected until next year, following several years to develop and ratify the 802.11ax standard.
